Imagine my awe when I walked into my local Michael's and found all the makings of (easy) DIY statement jewelry, on clearance, nonetheless. The prices of the pieces not on sale would still cost you less than $15 to make. I'll wait a minute while you run to your closest store.
You will need three things only:
- a centerpiece
- a chain
- jewelry pliers
1. Using the jewelry pliers, open the loop at one end of the chain
3. Close the loop with pliers
That's it. Easy right? Granted the material isn't outstanding metal or jewels, but for $10, I am 100% on board.
