I enjoyed this particular article because it suggests that to truly detox and recharge we must not only take the time to relax and meditate, but also discern the root causes of daily stress and properly address them so that we may move forward with a calm mind and sound heart. It also suggests that when this fails we need to have a reality check with ourselves, and when we listen and hear the message of our heart we may discover that it is what we are doing in our day to day lives that makes us unhappy.
